   As time goes on everything on our lives changes. These changes occur mostly because of the internet and technological developments.  The change which is now inevitable in the 21st century has entered every aspect of education. The term “21st century” has become an integral part of educational thinking and planning for the future.  And In this post I want to talk about what kind of changes occured in the past years in terms of education.

   The first change that I’d like to talk about is the place of technology in education; in the past years technology was being used only as a ‘’cool toy’’ in the learning process . But in nowadays most of teachers integrate technology into instruction to enhance learning process by using slides, visual charts, smartboard and etc. 

    Another change I want to talk about; despite the fast development of educational system teacher-based classes are not useful for engagement of students in 21st century learning. That’s why in nowadays most classes have become learner-based. 

   And in 21st century learning students need to develop some skills called 4Cs like critical thinking and creativity. And with their laptops, smartphones etc. they can also develop their communication and collaboration skills by communicating and sharing their stuff with their friends.

   In brief I think teachers’job is use technology in their classes, do what they should do to be more useful to their students and to control their students to avoid distractions when they use technology.
