Set S5.  When the bartender at the brothel’s name is Bert, Cas thinks he understands what is going on.  After he explains why Dean has brought him here and why he misunderstood, Bert offers to fake it so Dean will let the topic go.  When they talk about it back in the car, Dean admits that if he’d known Cas was into guys he would have made sure himself that Cas’ first time was good.
