Feeling sad. Feeling. Just feeling. I can't name the emotion, but it's not good? I'm not drowning in the emotion, but it's not pleasant either.

Therapy this morning was hard... In a good way... But hard nonetheless. I don't like talking about, let alone emotionally reliving, trauma.

To add to the stress, S lost his job. He seems ok but I'm anticipating added interpersonal stress.

And my mom keeps texting me. Lol I mean I love her but I don't rlly wanna text her about how I'm doing either.

Tonight I'm going out to dinner with S and his adoptive brother (previously high school friend—he's about our age ) and two of their friends. But the restaurant we're going to freaked me out so much last time.... So I'm freaked out about that.

Anyways ima take a nap now.

"I mean, I just write most, kind of just writing about different things that have happened to me over the last three years, so obviously there's the traditional love songs and... it's hard to explain, really.  I mean, the majority of what I've written probably looks like, sounds like a love song.  There's a few other concepts that we've kind of got into, like, you know, there's times on the album where I speak about the fans in a, you know, not in a literal way, but I'm sure that they'll feel that.  And the same with my relationship with the (One Direction) boys and, you know, growing up in the industry and all that kind of thing.  I do think, you know, because so much happened to us in such a short space of time, and look, you know, I've got things to reference in terms of writing and so hopefully I've got that across in the record."
