I'm feeling really hopeful rn. I was honest with my case manager/therapist, and I feel like she actually listened and understood how much I'm struggling, and that was really validating.

so, I just had my appt with my case manager/therapist at the treatment center. We came up with a treatment plan. She also asked me how many calories I've been eating roughly each day. And she said if I might need a higher level of care. and we talked about that a little bit. she also said I couldn't teach swim lessons until I am following my meal plan (different from coaching).

then she did my vitals and my pulse was weird (whatever that means), so she had me drink gaterade and then sit for 15 min and wait. we did it again and it was fine. so then I left and now I'm at Starbucks for a bit until I go back for group again at 5:30

I'm just... really stuck. idek.
