I just exercised for the second time today and I’m feeling good and sore :)
Woke up 130.6 lbs (yesterday 130.4) and determined to do a 2 days 500 cal tea/oatmeal "shed".
Thought I'd try apple cinnamon Chobani this morning.
Then I just decided to make everything apples. apples apples apples.
Too bad I ran out of apple tea!

WHY?!
I ATE SO F-ING MUCH! aroung 500 cals! WHY! I did so wel the last few days. Does anyone knows some good workouts to do at home? Pleeeease help!
