idk I’m just so pathetic ok?? i don’t even know. I just feel super weird and I don’t know if one thing is the cause or if it’s a culmination of a bunch of things but I’ve been wicked homesick recently, and OTRA “Boston” (read Foxborough) and Papi’s 500th home run tonight just made it even worse. I wish I could have been home, I’m super grateful for Baltimore, it was a great time, but it would have been so amazing just seeing my boys at Gillette. Like a place that’s actually meaningful. And Niall’s WAWGTM, Shipping Up To Boston is literally my jam. The video that plays in between the top and the bottom of the 9th at Fenway always gives me chills, and it’s in my workout playlist because it just gets me so hype, and to hear Niall use that song, I just can’t. Then there is the whole Liam situation and I don’t know how to feel about that, but Harry was an angel tonight, I feel like he was trying to make up for what happened with the whole Liam situation, other than just being his usual perfect self. It especially doesn’t help that it’s there last show in North America, and they’ll be concluding their last tour for a long time. Even though they promised, and even though it’s normal for celebrities to take long (several years) between albums and tours, I’m just so scared about what’s going to happen to this fandom.  Tomorrow I’m planning on wearing my David Ortiz Red Sox shirt, idgaf how hot it is, but it also makes me sad that I’ll be celebrating it down here, rather than back home with other Red Sox fans, and I just still feel weird about not being home even though the game was in Tampa Bay. Then the show that I’m watching on Netflix just got so fucking real, and I don’t even know how to react. I just feel so sick to my stomach and my chest feels kind of tight, and I can’t stop crying. I’m such a fucking loser.

David Ortiz just hit his 500th home run and in the midst of all this negativity surrounding something else I really care about I am so thankful for the small miracle of my childhood hero reaching an incredible personal milestone. In a lot of ways I still go back to sports when things get really bad, above all other things, and I have so so many good memories of Big Papi over the course of these years. I am so proud of him for so many reasons. Thank you David for being such a positive person. You made me a happier kid. I can’t ever tell you just how grateful I am for that. Congratulations once again, I am so very happy for you 😊
