After stopping the sertraline a good two weeks ago I see major changes.. moods are waaaay more easy to maintain, I’m more calmer throughout the day, and my mind doesn’t feel so cluttered. The first week ON it I felt slight differences, neither good or bad... but that second week brah 😒😒 nonstop crying. Like for absolutely anything. A show going off. It being cold. No one texting me . Like lmao I swear dude them mf pills were NOOOOOOOT fucking with me. On top of that I was going through a breakup so my crybaby ass was in the bed huuuurt yo 😂🤦🏽♀️ lol smh it was lw terrible. Things others have said while on sertraline is their sex drive decreases, nausea, and lack of appetite. Lol I honestly WANTED sex lol like I cravedddddd me some pussy dude 😩😩😩😩😩😩😩 lol but I was definitely throwing up and had no desire to eat smh. It ultimately really made shit worse dude... Alot of thoughts of hopelessness and feeling alone as fuck. Like no one cares or some shit. Idk. My next appointment is the 12th of October sooo I’ll know then what the next move is on a new medication.... or another alternative hopefully 😩
It’s annoying/scary trying different shit cause you never know what will work for your symptoms. I feel like a fucking test rat. Gotta go through trial runs and shit like wtf? Anti depressants don’t kick in until atleast a week is in your system. Side effects can start immediately. In my case, I didn’t feel the extreme shit till week two, but still.... it’s a huge disappointment trying something for a full 3 weeks, getting worse having to juggle work family a relationship bills etc and still having zerooooo solutions for ya mental. The shit is hard.... but anything is better than sitting and letting the thoughts eat me alive.
I kinda been thinking about vlogging this whole experience but ya girl is camera shy lol so Idk how that would work.... but it would really keep me busy and inform some people on mental health... maybe it will even encourage others who go though it to seek help to, idk....
