何の話かと思えば、尺貫法だったのか。元々直径を寸で表してたのが、SI で寸が使えなくなって、しかしケーキを焼く型の規格が変わるわけでもないから「〜寸」を「〜号」に改められたのね。テレビの「24型」とかと同じ。元が対角線のインチで、禁止されたから型。表面的な一律廃止は本当迷惑。
