Lets talk about this real quick.
Its been a month since im under lockdown, all i ever did was:
Wake up, have my usual breakfast.
around noon, i get hungry and i help my sister cook some yummy food.
by the afternoon, its tea time with something sweet or a small sandwich and by this time, im smoking up until i get asleep with snacks.
Now i have added some new acts: mixed gin and juice drinks or beer with lunch, or sometimes im smoking up before noon and sometimes eat more than im used to and lately the maamoul sweets .. yum!
And yet before the lockdown i was reaching 60kg, now im back to my 55kg but i should drink more water.
