Belated Birthday dinner. First time I tried cucumber kimchi (오이김치). I really liked it. I also tried the fish cake (어묵) as I didn’t know what it was. It was okay, but not something I’d order if it wasn’t a side. Of course I had the japchae (잡채) as that seems like it will be my go to plate.
