This bad boy is a saison with soursop, it pours opaque with a bubbly head and a phenolic nose, the body is super crisp and clean, notes of pineapple and white wine, banana and spices, tangy and a touch tart, it’s funky from the Brett, crisp and refreshing af, with a dry, dusty finish.
