#5766 Brasserie Artisinale Gallicus Double Aura (Canada) Another banger from Gatineau’s Gallicus, this bad boy is one of their classic juice bombs that I’d heard so much about. Coming in at 7.8%, Double Aura is billed as an NEIPA with Amarillo, Chinook, Simcoe and Idaho 7, it pours hazy af with a foamy head and a tropical nose, the body is chalky and dry, creamy af, tons of tropical fruits, a little earthy, super balanced, a subtle citrusy tang, clean and hella drinkable for almost 8%, ending in a dusty, clean finish.
