Keto Week 19 TIU Summer Series Week 5 Last week hurt. Even after a week of Epsom salt baths, a massage, and a rest day everything was still sore. I'm finally feeling 95% today. #TIUSummerSeries Week 4 was no joke with back-to-back HIIT and kickboxing. On the plus side I made it to 58lbs loss. Just 19lbs to my next goal! For an added challenge with self-care I tried the Try Guys CEO Challenge for a week (search YouTube). This involved following the morning/evening routines of some of the most successful CEOs in the country like Arianna Huffington and Mark Zuckerberg, and included things like waking up at 4am (I did not. 5:30-6am was good enough for me), daily chores, salt baths by candle light, and banning all cellphones and tablets from the bedroom. Overall I really enjoyed it and plan to keep the majority of it going - especially incorporating bath time during the week and 6am wake up calls. I'm pretty excited for the upcoming Memorial Day weekend, because one of my best friends is coming over to help me clean out my closet. I'm hoping to get rid of a fair amount of items that are now too big - and never to be seen or needed again.
