I am less than a month away from my first exam and this term is gonna be wayy worse that most of them. Actually, I am gonna do 8 exams. Yeah. So in the next few weeks I will post everytime I can, but I can't promise it would be daily :/ I'm so sorry but, you know, exams are exams. Feel free to unfollow :)
But that doesn't mean I will stop doing my healthy regime! I actually have some news! So far, I have lost 4.4 pounds!! I am super happy, specially because nowadays my main workout seems to be getting up of the chair to drink more coffee! And I have already established a new "diet" (not diet diet, you know, just a new way to eat) and since I have been feeling much less hungry than the usual and I don't eat half as much as before.
It's got no secrets and you probably saw a lot of tips about it on your dash or on my publ:
-> Breakfast: Oatmilk with skim milk and dried fruits (I eat a LOT on breakfast, it makes me feel full for hours and it's sooooooooooo GOOD);
-> Midmorning: an apple, some healthy cookies or a greek yogurt (if I was hardcore serious about losing weight, I would prob replace the greek yogurt with a less-fatty option);
-> Lunch: Veggies Soup + Random fruit OR Salad OR a healthy sandwich with a little bit of salad, ham, cheese and mix-cereal bread;
-> Midafternoon: same as mid morning but it depends a lot of how I am feeling.
-> Dinner: Soup, soup, soup
-> Before bed: A glass of skim milk :)
I also drink about 2L of water daily and 800mL of green tea. If I can, I will drink more (because I feel the need to, not because I feel obligated).
If I didn't have any exams (or if I had more time), I would run about 1h daily (or run intercalated with fast-walking) but now I can't :/. I will try to make a space for it, I miss it a lot and it helps me release my stress.
