PURPOSE - to inform the customers and provide the necessary information about the services the website offers.  It is also to create a strong customer base that are loyal and happy.  I want the website to look fresh and different to other websites.

VISITORS - Mainly female, young professionals, high income and not very sensitive to pricing, can use ideas from a stereotypical reception desk that provides familiarity to the customers.  They will be relatively experienced with using websites so won't need reassurance with a more complex navigation system.  It needs to be a relaxing and tranquil website which could take a little bit to load to ensure really nice quality images and information presented well.  The website needs to look good on iPads as well as Macs and computers ideally because that will be the devices the professionals would be likely to use.

COMPETITORS - alexa.com will provide a statistical analysis of the site.

I am well aware that competitors are only a click away rather than in reality where they might be an extra walk down the road.  My USP is the pure stylishness of the website that my website will have, with the consistent theme will make it look artistic rather than the sheer purpose of providing information.

I will research the keywords that are searched to get competitors, I will include all these keywords in my meta tags to ensure my website comes up high in the search engine results.

I'm going to create a favicon to make it more professional as well.
