Hi I'm messaging you off anon because I would really like some advice. I have lost about 21lbs since September but for the past two-three weeks I've been stuck at one weight. I would really like to loose another 15-25 pounds, preferably by the end of March-beginning of April. Any tips? Thanks btw ur blog is amazing!
Great job! That's awesome progress! It seems you've encountered the weight loss plateau some of us know all too well! It could be because your workouts are too repetitive, and your body is getting used to the same routine. The easiest way to fix this is switch it up! Do one workout one week, then another the next, and so on. Or, You could be doing too much too fast, and your body can't process. Another reason could be is you're not doing enough. It may have been enough at one point, but your body could need more now. A few more minutes of cardio, 10 more reps, etc. may be just what you need. However, if you know you're giving your all while working out, do not push yourself to the point where you pass out. Good luck! :) xx
