hard at work on the new 108 names of now website with Elana Langer. it's gotten so much better in the last 6 hours. here we are, trying out various mudras, including: the Listening Deer Mudra, the Fearlessness Mudra, the Teaching Mudra, and the Fuck-Off Mudra, hoorah!
Elana is at work in NYC, spreading the love of the 5 directions postcards. Hoorah! We are meeting at Zen Mountain Monastery in a few hours for the Delicious Movement retreat with Eiko. Meditation, dance, Catskills - mmm.
