All thanks to my barefoot running, jumping ropes, planks, pushups, and abdominal exercise for making my intense hill sprinting workout easy today which is the hardest workout in the week 8-| !!! - Just last week, I did the same workout, and I was completely drained, depleted, and drowsy 8-| !!! And I had to take a day off for resting as my quads and hams were stiff 8-| !!! So today I was expecting the same thing 8-| !!! - Today I was feeling so much stronger, faster, and energetic during and after the workout 8-| !!! I even ran my fastest hill sprint at this section of 1'23" and beating my old record of 1'35" 8-| !!! I am happy that the numbers are improving immensely 8-| !!! Feels like I am getting closer to 5min/mile goal 8-| !!! - The workout is 6 x 350m+ hill sprints with 4'-5' of rest in between each hill sprint 8-| !!!
