March 9, 2015- March 11, 2015: Still in the Studio

The guys are still working hard on making the best possible album they can! The good news is that the 5sos fam won’t have to wait as long for the next album!

March 12, 2015: Walk the Moon Concert with the Griswolds

After another morning spent in the studio, the guys took a break and went to the Walk the Moon Concert at Hollywood Palladium

March 13, 2015: House Party

This week 5sos have been hanging out with other musicians more outside the studio. Last night they went to the Walk the Moon concert and tonight they went to a party 

March 14, 2015: Photo shoots, Studio, and Hanging out with Chad Smith

Today was probably the busiest day they've had all week. This morning they had a photo shoot

Later on they headed to Chad Smith’s (aka the drummer for RHCP) place 

March 15, 2015: Long Ass Day According to Michael

Just another typical day of working in the studio, relaxing, and going out with friends

Back to LA and Working on the Album

March 2, 2015: Back in LA

The guys have left Japan and have made their way back to their home away from home (aka LA)

March 3, 2015: Listening to What They Have so Far

As you know, the guys have been working really hard on their new album since the end of January. Today they got to listen to some of the songs they have recorded this far

March 4, 2015- March 5, 2015: Writing More Music

The guys want this album to be the best it can be. They are taking this time that they have off of touring to write/ record as much as they can.

March 6, 2015- March 7, 2015: My Guitarist Against Yours

If you haven't noticed yet, the guys were split into the same writing teams as they did about two weeks ago. Calum and Michael worked in the studio

while Luke and Ashton went on a little trip to Ragged Point to surf and spend some time with John's family for his mother's birthday

March 8, 2015: Ragged Point and Day Off

Luke and Ashton are still at Ragged Point. This morning, they spent their time working on more music

Afterwards they spent some time with John's family

Meanwhile, back in LA, Calum and Michael had the day off

which gave Michael enough time to dye his hair again.

February 23, 2015- February 24, 2015: Exploring Tokyo

Since the guys had a few days off before their headline show on Wednesday, they decided to do a little sightseeing

They also tried a lot of Japanese cuisine

Since it was their first time in Japan they also had interviews.

It's finally the day that the guys have been waiting for! Their first headline show in Japan! This morning though, they made an appearance on a Japanese Show

Working on Some Sweet Music

February 9, 2015

It was a pretty fun writing session for Luke and Ashton today. They spent some time on the beach with John Feldmann, Zakk, and Simon. Luke and Ashton even tried to surf

Later on in the day, they worked on some more music with the Madden Brothers

Pretty much this week the guys were split into two writing teams. Luke and Ashton were one team and Calum and Michael were another. Here are some pics of Michael and Calum

The guys are working their hardest to not only give us the best possible album, but also have the time to finish the album as well so we're not waiting as long as we did for the first one. 

Of course they are continually working with the Madden Brothers just like on their last album
