Another lovely five star review "Having been gazumped on two houses, messed about by a buyer after 4 months of the sale process and the previous agent not being helpful, I had genuinely had enough of the whole thing, yet I needed to sell my house. So I decided to change agents. Saxon Shore being a new company had less presence (at the time) and a lot less staff but Richard was very straightforward, gave me confidence that he could sell my house and would communicate with me throughout. And he did just that. I felt that he genuinely cared, was very personable and always available. The fee and terms were also clear and fair.
