Upholding the constitution is his whole fucking job. He’s trying to redefine that. Of course, here’s the specific part of it she was asking about:

Amendment 5: No person shall … be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law.

It’s pretty fucking clear. That’s any person. If it doesn’t apply to one group, then it doesn’t apply to anyone—without due process you can’t even prove who you are.
