Still alive! After a long, exhausting and rewarding week of work, travel and fun. Time to rest and recoup. Feeling stronger still and discovering more confidence. It's been a long journey to here, a lot has changed and I'm starting to see how much further I'm able to go. Time to speak more of my purpose into existence and take action. So much to do. In the next 5 yrs

-I want to be 140lbs - prepping to have my 3rd kid -Set up in a 5 bedroom house with a natural swimming pool/pond -Happy with my husband -Making $5k more than I already do in a month

These are all achievable and are already in the works. I need to stay determined and incorporate my health into this plan. If anything happens to me my husband and our son won’t be able to enjoy a happier life.
