Apparently the metabolites they were testing for during my blood test are way off what they’re supposed to be. The one is too low to be having a therapeutic effect, and the other is too high, which is associated with hepatotoxicity. I wish I could talk to my doctor :(
it seems from looking online that I’ll either have to start taking allopurinol in addition to the 6-mp, or they’ll have to switch me to a different medicine because this one isn’t working anymore. But I’m not a doctor so idk :(
I hope my liver is okay
