I’ve never had heart issues in the past, but fuck things aren’t super great for me now. Dunno what the fuck my heart’s been up to. And I really don’t wanna go back to the ER agaaaain. The nurse in IOP said that my heart rate and blood pressure was high af and that since I was starting PHP tomorrow they would monitor me, but that if I got lightheaded or dizzy to go to the ER. (Like she also had me drink a gaterade and she did check it more than once and it had gone down a bit but was still high). I haven’t felt lightheaded or dizzy luckily, but my chest is weird feeling and my heart rate is high af for sure. I have a dr appt tomorrow am and PHP starting at noon.

Maybe this will motivate me to do better in recovery.

i got two of the best hugs i have ever received last night, one after the other, as well as a bunch of love and laughter from many awesome people. i also got to make plans that mean a lot to me and many others! and today i bought some tasty cheap food

there is a different group leader tonight.... and I am not happy about this. this is change. ughhhh. it's also my last day in IOP in this location soooo. I'd rather not have change. blah
