The Santander Music Festival has once again established itself as one of the cultural events in Cantabria.

The festival began last Friday with free “vermouth sessions” at the Centro Botín at 1:00 p.m., with Jiménez with Jota and Compañeras de Piso. The energy continued at 7:30 p.m., when the La Magdalena venue officially opened. Throughout the afternoon, thousands of people enjoyed concerts by artists such as Ciudad Jara, Pablopablo, Ginebras and Malmö 040.
The highlight of the first night was the performance of Mikel Izal. The former leader of IZAL, one of the most influential pop rock bands in Spain, who presented his long-awaited solo live performance, with hits such as “En el paraíso” and great anthems from his previous project. The night continued with concerts by Siloé and La La Love You, two of the most successful projects of the summer on a national level.
The second night of the festival was no less spectacular. Sen Senra, the Galician artist known for his fusion of pop and R&B, made the festival feel with his unique style and rhythms. Then Dani Fernández, former member of the group Auryn, enchanted the audience with his emotional pop/ballads and his powerful voice, taking the audience on a roller coaster of emotions with hits such as “Bailemos” or “Todo Cambia”.
But the highlight of the night was Louis Tomlinson. The former founding member of One Direction, turned world-famous soloist, filled the venue with his hits such as “Back to You” and “Kill My Mind”, also singing some of the most famous songs from his former group.
The final day of the Santander Music Festival was transformed into an explosion of energy and rhythm with the "Electronik Brunch". This event brought together an impressive line-up of DJs and producers. Tsha, the British artist who fuses house and soul, made the dance floor light up with her vibrant mixes. Dennis Cruz, known for his beats and his ability to liven up any party. And the iconic Honey Dijon, with her style and unrivalled stage presence, closed the festival with a session that left everyone dancing until the last chord.

Louis Tomlinson’s clothing brand, 28 Clothing, presents a new collection under the theme “Home and Away”, featuring a captivating color palette that includes enchanting lavender hues. The brand name is a tribute to Louis’ favorite number, 28, which he also has tattooed on his hand.
Furthermore, it nods to his hometown, Doncaster, by including a flower inspired by the White Rose of York in the logo, a symbol widely used in the region, including Louis’ beloved Doncaster.
The brand stands out for its production of unisex clothing, demonstrating the versatility of each piece. The new collection includes turtlenecks, sweaters, football shirts, sweatpants, and socks.
Third round of success
This is the brand’s third collection, and like the previous ones, it is expected to sell out quickly. In fact, the Lavender Ecru sweater is already sold out. The previous collection, launched in December 2023, was also a resounding success.
The brand’s off-pitch style guide continues to evolve, featuring half-zip jerseys with digitized graphics and the characteristic “OFFICIAL PROGRAMME” inscription. Elegant short coats and checkered sportswear sets inspired by referees effortlessly transition from city to pitch, while turtlenecks with the number “28” arrive in light blue tones.

Louis Tomlinson continues to explore his creative nature away from music with his clothing label, 28, dropping its third capsule collection. And as with the founder, football’s influence is once again felt throughout.
Those of a certain generation will know Louis Tomlinson as one of the member’s of Uber-popular boy band, One Direction. But there’s so much more to the Doncaster-born artist, and he’s really beginning to establish himself beyond music. A big part of his creative character is poured into 28, his lifestyle clothing label, which itself reflects Tomlinson’s roots and deep connections with football. Drop 3 from 28 picks up right where Drop 2 left off, picking up the pace to showcase a new level of sophistication in product and aesthetic.
The collection is an iteration of previous drops, but with a modern and elegant twist, exuding the ‘uptown attitude’. Featuring the ever popular football jerseys – of which both long-sleeved and short-sleeved versions make a return – and track jackets, this new collection features a new crowd pleaser; the Black Nylon MA1 bomber jacket, adding a fresh dimension to the 28 lineup.
