I have a fairly big oil painting I’m the works, but I got glutened and I was in too much pain to stand or even sit in front of my canvas, so I nursed my creative urge with this little watercolour of the #beehivehuts at #skelligmichael . I was there! I climbed those 633 or so odd steps, up a steep mountain island in the middle of the Atlantic, 8 miles from the mainland of Ireland. These are drystone, meaning that they’re stacked stones, made with no mortar, in the 6th or 7th century.
