constant. effing. tug of war with my delayed circadian rhythm to get a decent few hours of sleep.
not a “good night’s sleep,” cause that’s not a thing for me - if I sleep during the night hours:
it is very hard to actually sleep. well. period. cause the night is when my muse is most awake
that’s if I get to sleep at all instead of laying in bed trying to be good and not distract myself with asmr vids or mindless mobile games cause I have adhd but my meds have lessened by then
so if I do end up sleeping at night, I will wake up almost just as tired as when I went to sleep, no matter how many hours I got.
