#6421 Little Beasts Erebus (Canada) Big ups @tjdubbs83 for this one! This 5% Black Lager was brewed and designed with Trevor Armstrong, the winner of their Iron Brewer Homebrew Competition. It pours jet black with minimal head (I feel like my bottle didn’t fizz enough when it popped so it could have had a cap issue, but it doesn’t seem to have affected the beer) and a roasty nose, the body is creamy and smooth, tons of chocolate vibes, mild liquorice, a touch bitter and grassy, extremely crushable, balanced with a dry, dusty finish.
