#6617 Matron Fine Ales Bobo (Canada) Farmhouse time. This bad boy is a refined 4.2% farmhouse wheat from the lords at Matron. It pours opaque with a huge, meringue head and a slightly funky, lemon nose, the body is super smooth and clean, very restrained, creamy with some fantastic citrus vibes (mostly lemon), floral with a great minerality to it, it’s crushable af, wrapping in a dusty, dry, lemon-y finish.
