#6630 Third Moon Each Beast A God (Morning Roast | Ethiopian Guji) (Canada) I effing love the EBAG series from Third Moon, and this one is extra special as it was used in a hot sauce from @tijuanatomshotsauce, which I’m super excited to try. This 8.5% double stout boasts Ethiopian Guji beans from the lords at @morningroastinc, it pours jet black with an espresso head and a roasty nose, the body is creamy and smooth, tons of fruity coffee vibes, there’s vanilla wafer and caramel notes, subtle cocoa and maple elements, dark fruits and maybe cherry pit cubes, wrapping in a dusty, dry, slightly bitter finish.
