You know you're fucked when you have a dream about them and cant help but smile.
I find myself infected by the green sickness that is envy. What's worse is it for small intangible things. I envy the early morning sun that gets to shower her with soft kisses to gently wake her, and gives her a warm glow to start the day. I envy the rain storms that calm her and bring her peace, giving her thoughts a better times and whimsical moments. I envy the books and movies that hold her attention, the ones she cant help but come back to. I envy the breeze that gently blows her hair from her face, giving her soft shudders as she pulls it behind her ears.
Although they are all mundane and benign I cant help it. To be able to do those things for her, give her those feelings. I would trade the world for just the opportunity.
Love isn't just the carnal motions in the bedroom. Love is also consoling them and holding them when they're crying at 3AM. Sometimes love is slow dancing in the kitchen while cooking. Other times love is assuring them 100 times a day, that you wont abandon them.
