#6761 Brasserie Silo Silo O (Canada) Pale Ale time. This is a gem of a Pale from the lords at Silo, and their run of hoppy beers has been A1. Coming in at 5.5%, it pours opaque with a fluffy head and a tropical nose, the body is creamy and smooth, tropical vibes (mango, pineapple), there’s some pithy, citrusy notes, it’s super balanced and silky af, really easy drinking, wrapping in a dusty, fruity finish.
