CD24 - 7dpO - 6dpICI-D Sore and heavy breasts, need to pee all the time (not easy with my job btw!), bowl movements are finally back to normal-ish after a few days of constipation. Not reading too much into it, just tracking symptoms throughout my cycle. Today's day 5 of 5 of workdays in a row. It's been a long while since I've have five consecutive shifts. I was placed in team 1 yesterday which made the most sense. Idk about today. Today's a long day 7-16 but I have a massage at 17:30! The massage is much needed. I was the only nurse in team 1 yesterday and my back/neck/shoulders hurt so badly when standing nearly still during rounds with the doctor. I contacted my hospital's wellbeing consultant and have an appointment with her tomorrow. Maybe she can help too so I don't use all of my non existing money on massages? Idk. I hope so.
