This was a long, but great session. I'm happy with my block cleans since I hit the same numbers as the last time I did clean triples. I also really enjoyed the BTN jerks as a way to practice really getting under the bar. However, I'm most happy with my squats. I really feel like I integrated the cues I received last week well and made this squat session really great as a result.

grip
I think my fingers slip from all my nervousness every time I get you in a firm grasp. There is the possibility that you tend to slip through no matter how hard I grip on your fragile wrists. Maybe, my slippery hands and your sand like personality, together, pose a problem.
