24, 34, 52, 59
Hi Rachael, thank you!
24. What is/are/were your best subjects?
English (as in grammar; I still remember how to diagram a sentence); reading (these two were entirely different classes at my private school, not lumped together into language arts) and biology. All A’s, all AP classes. Yes, I still brag. 😉
34. Who/what was your last dream about?
I’ve had more since this that I cannot remember, because a week or so ago I had a terrible dream about my grandpa that I lost a few years ago and it’s stuck in my brain.
52. Do you believe everything happens for a reason?
I could go on and on about this but I’ll try to be concise. Yes... I think we have choices to make, and dependent on that choice, that’s where the “everything happens for a reason” thing comes in. I always struggle with the why. (It’s the reason, for example, why I’m bad at math. Why does this equation work this way? What do you mean it “just does”? Why?) Being diagnosed disabled, along with my two kids... there’s a reason I was dealt those cards, no question... but why? TLDR; yes.
59. Do you like the snow?
Woman. I know you know where I live. Bold of you to assume we have snow. In my lifetime, it’s snowed about 4 times— once when I was two (or so I’m told), once when I was about 16, and twice more— on Christmas Day! Christmas miracle much? But to answer the question, I love to see the snow fall. I do not like to play in the snow, and I do not like the dirty sludge it turns into. But it’s pretty while it’s coming down!
