Review: If you liked freefall, you'll probably going to like this one, too. It's from the same writer! This story was really fluffy. I've thought: "Oh no, when /that/ (with "that" being things I can't mention because spoilers) is going to happen, everything is going to shit," quite a few times. But that never happened, so I was glad! I really liked the concept of the neighbours/rival shop owners. It was cool and different. The writing was also impeccable. For the smut and the fluff alike. In other words, you should totally read this.

A beginner's guide to communing with the dead

Summary: Maybe it's the little girl whose disappearance turned into a murder, and whose murder turned into a cold case, and who has now apparently decided to move in with him. Maybe it's the unacceptable hole left in his life when his dumb best friend and partner in (the prevention of) crime decided to go and get himself killed. Maybe it's his brother, whose high-profile career and fantastic girlfriend and first-child-on-the-way are steadily leaving Dean in the dust. Pick one. Pick all of them. The why doesn't matter so much as the what, and the what is this: Dean is pretty sure he's going completely, certifiably insane. Sure, he hasn't started wearing all his clothes inside out, and he still showers on a regular basis (anyways, that's not crazy, just a little eccentric); but there's no getting around the fact that he just threw away his life, his career, and his reputation by dragging out his mom's old necromancy book and summoning a Class A Forbidden Entity to his attic. A cranky one, too. With horrendous bed-head.

Review: Wow, this was really something else! I really, really liked it! First of all, I really liked the writing style. It could be serious one moment, and the next it was more laid back and personal. I can't really explain it right, but you'll know what I mean once you start reading it. In the beginning it's all a bit confusing, 'cause you're just thrown into the new universe without knowing how it really works, but along the way, it all clicks. This story had a lot of slow build, but I really didn't mind. There wasn't the obvious sexual tension or  the constant frustration where you think "JUST GET TOGETHER ALREADY!" No, the relationship evolved slowly and gradually.  What mainly distracts you of the destiel part is the plot. There is so much plot, guys! I loved it! It was like reading a detective. There isn't a lot of fluff, but I really didn't mind. It was just such a nice story!

All The Way

He’s fine with it—he enrolled in college to learn, after all. Then in his first chemistry lab, he has the bad luck of being paired with snide, good-for-nothing Ruby, and the further misfortune of sitting behind Dean Winchester, the world’s most beautiful distraction. Ruby catches Castiel staring at Dean and makes him an offer. Review: First of all, this one has a lot of slow build. But the ending makes up for it! I really liked Castiel's character, he was funny and he could stand up for himself, but at the same time he was really insecure about Dean. This fic was really funny! All the characters (especially Ruby) interacted in such a funny way and they made jokes and everything, it made the slow build more bearable. In short, I really enjoyed reading this, you will too.

Review: Okay… So I kind of feel weird reviewing this… Let’s set this straight (haha). This might not be your thing. Because this is a very smutty and quite angsty fic. I mean, I’ve reviewed other not so fluffy fanfics, but this is just different. I personally loved it. Well, sometimes the smut scenes became a bit too much, but for the rest, I loved it.  I don’t know if I’ve told you already but I love angst. Like, I can devoure it. This fic was quite perfect for that. It’s also from my favourite author so I mean it’s written awesomely. It is by the way devided in two parts: the first eight chapters are the story from Cas’s POV and the other eight from Dean’s. It’s just them being in love with each other but both being to giant dickheads (mostly Castiel) about it. UGH I LOVE IT SO MUCH So, if you are up for a lot of smut and angst, this is the fic for you!

This is how Dean grovels and begs Dr. Castiel Milton to make a special arrangement for him, and Dr. Milton does.

Review: Here we have:

This fic had it’s really sweet, fluffy moments (mostly in the beginning), but was also quite angsty sometimes. It broke my heart a couple of times. The writing was really good, like the charachter development. I think I have never seen all the charachters develop so much in one story. The development wasn’t too fast, either, it was slow and realistic. I really liked it. I kind of expected a very quintessential college au (I assumed from the summary), but I got something so much better. So if you can handle a bit of angst, I really recommend you read this.

Review: So. This was actually not what I expected. I thought there would be more problems in their relationship because Dean is famous. Don’t get me wrong, they were there, but I just thought there would be more screaming fangirls. Dean could just walk down the street without getting a million of girls on his back. I just thought that was weird because he’s supposedly really famous. Apart from that, I really liked it. If I had to describe this in one word, I’d say fluff. Like really, all the time. And I mean, that’s what our blog should be is about, right. Their conversations were really fluffy and just funny. I don’t know, they just joked a lot and it was just so fluffy sometimes, I can’t. At one point, it got a bit dramatic. But you know, I’m all in for drama! Yay! I don’t know if this is relevant to the review, but the author’s notes were just hilarious. Like, she tells the most random shit that doesn’t have anything to do with the story, but it just cracks you up because you think: “What the hell?”. It felt like a bonding moment. It was also nice that Dean already knew he was gay. I thought it was a bit weird, it didn’t really fit in my “famous Dean” stereotype, but I’m not complaining, because sexuality crises are just the worst. Castiel’s inner monologue in the beginning is really funny.  I guess this doesn’t really need a conclusion. I obviously really liked it.

Flaws Upon Your Wrists

Review: OH MY GOD. Just… Wow. I’d like to start with pointing the (for me) one big disadvantage. And that is the language. The sentences are quite long, most of the time she just keeps rambling. It also has a lot of grammar errors and missing words, but I honestly couldn’t care less because this story is just amazing. This fic is some emotional shit right here! I fucking cried at the end. I never cry over a book or a film (well except for TFIOS, but everyone cries when reading TFIOS). Cas is depressed. But like really depressed. I’d say he’s more depressed than Dean in Jump The Track and that’s saying something. It’s pretty slow building and angsty, due to Cas’ personality and the way he pushes people away. So if you can’t handle the angst and the emotions (it’s really serious, guys), you might want to reconsider reading this. Apart from that, and this is going to sound weird, the author wrote very funny. Really, I don’t get it. How can a fic be humorous and so heartbreaking at the same time? You might have guessed it already that this fanfic isn’t very fluffy, though it has its moments. I just could not not review this.  I just loved reading this even if it broke my heart. Ignore the grammar errors and enjoy!

Jump The Track

Review: Hot damn. Just.... Wow.  Dean is so depressed and sad and Cas is there to help him, to heal him in a way and it's beautiful. This is a pretty slow build story kind of, if you look at it from the 'gooood when are they getting together??' point of view. This is amazingly amazing. It's a roller coaster of emotions and I had tears in my eyes at some parts, but I swear it's not too sad. I mean, it's still fluffy, only a bit angsty sometimes. At one point I literally got up out of my seat and walked around for a bit before continuing, because of something Mary said. It was so perfect, guys.

So yeah, I really like this. Go read it now, but I recommend reading the warnings before starting this, just in case.
