I feel like Blackbeard was raised knowing what the will of the D means, and that turned him into a self entitled prick.
i don’t think he did. we saw a pic of him as a kid, which was... rather depressing. he was crying under a moon.
i think BB has an idea of what it might mean, which is why he’s so focused on fate and stuff, but i don’t think he’s self aware about it. plus, i don’t think he’s a “real” D holder
he’s really odd because he’s a hard character to pin down. from his selfish actions, to his greed and desire for power (joining Whitebeard’s crew and staying there for 40 years just for the chance of possibly finding this one Devil Fruit, and then murdering a crew member to get it, showing that he never cared for his crewmates to begin with), to that rather heartwarming speech he gave to Luffy on Mock Town... it’s hard to really figure out his motives
Hopefully this will lead to a Luffy, Law, Kid, Hawkins alliance.
i am like 90% sure that the Supernova will all end up teaming up with Luffy by the end of the series
