75 Spirited: Day 1/75
It’s here! I honestly feel really excited to have the challenge structure back. It was really helpful when I did 75 Golden, and I’m hoping to build on what I learned going into the rest of summer.
Some changes from 75 Golden:
Removed the water goal since I seem to always hit that without difficulty.
Added weekly goals to the tracker (they were too easy to forget otherwise)
Made app limits a daily check-in since that was a goal I never met in the last challenge. I honestly think that one will be the most difficult!
Added cleaning goals. I’m great at doing a lot of housekeeping on the weekends, but I never get into the habit of doing daily maintenance cleaning during the week. I’m starting with a 15 minute timer and planning to add time on as I get used to the routine.
I also started a new book! This one’s pretty short, so I expect to be done within 2 weeks. After that, I’m not sure if I wanna swap back to a non-fiction read, or do a denser fiction book.
