Hi! I returned!
Today 2-ed day my " 75 hurd challenge". I chanched 45 min exercise with 45 min English and edd 10 tests with traffic rules.
I'm setting up my routine. I meen sleep, healthy food and activities. Now i do it just in chaotically but i'm goin to regularly before the weke up.
General rules include:
1. Eat healthy food and no alkohol
2. Reading 10 p. of the book
3. 45 min. English
4. 45 min. exercise
5. 1-2 l. of water
6. 10 tests traffic rules
