Hello! The a-spec survey results are finalized and posted on my page (unable to share the link in this ask). Huge thank you to everyone who filled out and shared the survey!!

This is a really interesting read, and really well put together! Thought it was interesting to see the overlap between genderqueer identities and people on the aro spectrum specifically (although not all that surprising to me), and also people's reasons for ID'ing more strongly with the ace community than the aro, as someone who feels much more strongly aro. I'd also love to see more research into the overlap between neurodiversity and aspec identities, and if binary vs. non-binary gender in the ace and aro communities wasn't something that would almost certainly lead to significant bias in participants right now (considering the lack of general awareness of aromanticism) I'd kill to read that too, but maybe one day.
