The Siena Neighborhood in Round Rock is one of those places that isn’t getting a lot of hype on-line but is quietly growing into one of the most popular places in North Austin.
I’m not sure if it is because of the location, near Dell Diamond, IKEA, and Old Settler’s Park, or if it is because many of the homes start in the $200,000’s.
Whatever the reason, a great mix of first time home buyers, as well as empty nesters are moving there. In my experience, this makes for a great, diverse neighborhood. The kind of place you want to raise your kids, and enjoy backyard BBQs with your neighbors.
