Counseling and Case Management:
After admission, clients are administered assessments of life skills and mental well-being to direct the counseling and case management
In Transitional Housing, 24 hour supported supervision and case management. Each resident is assigned a counselor with whom they meet at least once a week
In Permanent Housing, Outreach Counselors make home visits and provide support services.

Permanent and/or Supportive Housing:
Permanent housing is a separate program from Transitional Housing. Clients do not have to go through transitional housing before being eligible for permanent housing.
Available to: 12 women with either a history of mental illness, substance abuse, HIV/AIDS, or other needs in single, double, and dormitory-style living arrangements
Available to: 29 men and women with either a history of mental illness substance abuse, HIV/AIDS, or other needs, Veterans, or those who are medically fragile (disabled accessible)
