My overall point of view about reputation or injustice.

My overall point of view about reputation or injustice from the beginning of the unit has changed slightly a bit. It gave me more information about peoples reputation towards each other, we can lead to a bad environment and a bad society. Also injustice is one of a mean problem that we see in our everyday life which can lead to a bad environment and society. Reputation helps people to get encouraged. When the person hears from another person a good reputation he gets happy and get encouraged, wanting to be the person he wants. And through out the unit I learned a lot about to show people, how to encourage them using good reputation towards another person. And that anyone has no right to have a bad reputation or even a reputation about anyone, because they have no right to do so.

Also in injustice, we saw that there are a lot of people how aren't fair in their life. They take stuff for granted and do stuff by bribery only. So this effects the environment and the society a lot. We have to learn from our mistakes but we can't do the same mistake over and over again because it doesn't work like that and that means we aren't learning from our mistakes. Injustice plays an important role in life, especially when it comes to judgmental times or who's right and who's wrong. You can't blame an innocent person for doing nothing and a wrong person for doing something. Everyone has to have the same amount of fairness and equality. Now during this unit we saw a lot of times where injustice was shown and was introduced. Example will be from The Piano Lesson. There is a big scene where injustice was shown. And injustice. With injustice showing showing, life was getting complicated for them. So with injustice going on things gets complicated and can collapse. So I saw that every time we get introduced to something new with either justice or reputation, we learn and get more information than the first idea we took about them.

How has your opinion of social media changed doing this project?

Social Media changes everybody in their way of thinking. It gives them a positive reputation towards it or a negative reputation towards it. Now to me Social media helps me get entertained and doesn't make me feel bored, right now I'm writing this blog by using a social media application called tumblr staff, so it keeps me entertained. I don't think that social media application keeps a person away from not concentrating and having bad times and bad feelings. we all know that a lot from everything isn't really good, neither is small amounts from everything, we should taking good amounts of our time for everything. Social media is a useful and educational way of learning. Example, a person can look up stuff on @google and see something interesting like a new element has been found by the Nazis so he can share it on @facebook or @twitter and people and learn something new. So social media is a useful and educational way of learning things.

Overall point on reputation...

My point of view on reputation has changed by a margin after this assessment. I know now that one's reputation can bring down a good life as easy as talking. And a good reputation is a good life, relief, and it also provides love and support from a lot of people. Yet a bad reputation also has love and support, but it might be internal because he who has a bad reputation knows it, but doesn't want to confess it out.

•How has your opinion of social media changed from doing this project? Some people look at social media negatively – how would you argue with them that it can be useful and educating?

Saying that I was dissappointed when I first heard of this Tumblr project would be a major understatement. I grew up as an absolute bookworm, once I toutched a book I wouldn't set it down until I've read front to back. Naturally I didn't care about social media and infact despised it for no aparent reason. However, as I matured into the young lady I am today I learned of the importance of social media, its marvelous opportunities and wide connections. Yet I still regarded it with loath and hatred. Thus my apparent "enthusiasim" upon hearing of our assigned assignment. As day passed, I grew more and more into this project and I started wnjoying the tasks. I started exploring the positive side of social media and recognizing its upps rather than its downs. By the time we neared the end of the project, my view on social media completley transformed from frowned upon to encouraged and supported. This project opened my eyes to a whole new universe of ideas, cultures, beliefes and emotions. It was the door to a new life of ease and awareness. I am thankfull that my view of social media has changed to a better one. However, I am sure that many poeople out there still abide by their own negative view, my old view. They just need to open their eyes to the world around and explore the possibilities. For social media can be a source of unlimited knowledge and education if used carefully. It is a world of vast knowledge and a meeting point of numerous cultures and ideas. It can be the start of a new Age of Enlightnment and the cure for the world. It can be life in its past present and future and what's beyond. But don't forget that its a double-edged sword; use it well and it will be the start of a new life, misuse it and it will be the destruction of another. Noor Kosaji 10B

How has your opinion of social media changed from doing this project? Some people look at social media negatively – how would you argue with them that it can be useful and educating?

I spend most of my days in social media. It's very entertaining. I didn't know the advantages of social media. I thought it all about communicating and sharing ideas. I thought social media is only for fun. It can never be used for any educational purposes. After doing this project it changed my opinion about social media a lot. 

I disagree with some people who look at social media negatively. Social media  is never a negative thing, unless the person using it is using it positively. Social media could increase the confidence of your child. After I've been through this Tumbler project I learned many new stuff including justice and reputation. I personally learned new skills and creative ideas. Social media plays a big role in everybody's life, so it's important to use it safely and educationally.

My view on reputation

       Prior to doing this project, I had one thing in mind about the topic of reputation; Reputation is one of the most important aspects of my life. I thought that I should always care about my reputation no matter what. I was quite ignorant about that topic. However, after doing this project, I've learned a lot about the topic of reputation.

         First of all, I've actually learned the true meaning of reputation; Reputation is what people think or belief of you, usually due to one or two actions that you've done in your past, and that is it. I always cared about what people thought of me, whether it's true or not. However, now I know that my reputation does not define me as who I am. What people think of me, shouldn't be a major factor in my life. I mean, don't get me wrong, I do still care about my reputation, but I will never let it affect my life in a major way, or stop me form doing whatever I want to do. I will always thrive to do the right thing in my life, or chose the right decision, but I will not let my reputation do that for me. From now on, I will also always keep in mind that one's reputation can be something, and who that person actually is, can be something else. Basically, as I aforementioned, I will always care about my reputation, but I will never allow it to define me and my true self.

        Last but not least, I'm glad that we were able to share our ideas ad opinions about reputation in this project. I have learned a ton about a topic that I was once ever so ignorant about. My perspective on reputation changed completely.
