#Repost @that_first_sip ・・・ 🙌🏽 of course I had to make this a Road To Brews stop ☀️🍺This California Brewery is famous for its West Coast IPA and APA’s, sign me up! The grace they have in their unique method of aging in wooden barrels was absolutely beautiful. 🍛The restaurant fell nothing short of pure class and elegance. The atmosphere felt old world, like I could drink with some of the best warriors-long ago, yet polished with modern touches at the same time. 🌳The light aroma of hops and garlic butter from the food, welcomed my taste buds.🍺 I opted for a classic 805 for my first sip because well, it’s just a classic. It was a light refreshing blonde ale, just a touch of hops with a clean finish 4.7 ABV.
