The grace they have in their unique method of aging in wooden barrels was absolutely beautiful. 🍛The restaurant fell nothing short of pure class and elegance. The atmosphere felt old world, like I could drink with some of the best warriors-long ago, yet polished with modern touches at the same time. 🌳The light aroma of hops and garlic butter from the food, welcomed my taste buds.🍺 I opted for a classic 805 for my first sip because well, it’s just a classic. It was a light refreshing blonde ale, just a touch of hops with a clean finish 4.7 ABV.
