I’m not sure if I’m okay with them changing the time period for the anime (the gang stuff/New York setting/drug experimentation on US soldiers is post-Vietnam early 80s issues that don’t work set now!!!!) the new anime is really, really nicely done. More attention for brilliant work by f mangaka please!
