The entire department is very aware on how much Robby favors the blond haired, blue-eyed intern, Dennis Whitaker. Robby refuses to admit it so the department is on a full scale operation to make him realize it. Or; 5 times the Emergency Department calls Robby's favorite, Dennis Whitaker, "the ED's pretty boy" and the 1 time Robby actually does call him that and does something about it.
