The pen in her hand knocks out a sporadic rhythm against the table, eventually loosened from her grasp to roll away from her with a satisfying plunk.  “And then– you won’t believe what he told me-” As if she’s about to divulge something obscene, she’s gesturing for the older girl to come closer still.  “He…..called me short.  Can you believe it?-”

Here’s the thing about Sojin: she’s always willing to entertain her antics, as stupid as insignificant as they may be. This is one of them.  So instead of laughing or teasing her as anyone else would, she clasps her hands and utters a declaration of loyalty, eyes solemn.  I’d go punch them for you.  There’s a pause; it’s an unexpected response, but one that’s soon met with a broad smile and suspiciously bright eyes.

“Ah…Is this a confession of your undying love for me, Unnie?  Don’t you think it’s too soon for that?”

chanhee looked at the leader of girls day before looking at the slightly slanted and molded building in front of them. he found this situation amusing due to the fact that he didnt want the older female to go in the haunted house on her own as well; despite the fact that they wont really be alone because they were filming for a show. he was for sure he could handle going through the attraction however he wasnt sure if the female likes haunted houses. if anything, he would gladly take her place and sacrifice himself. 

looking back at sojin, he gave her a smile before he spoke. “it’s ohkae if you dont wanna go in though noona. i can go in for the both of us. pretty sure pd-nim would understand.”

People tend to say the strangest of things when they’re inebriated, and Sojin is no exception. Several drinks down the line, the telltale flush to the older girl’s cheeks are beginning to resemble the color of Jisoo’s hair.  Content to nurse her ice water (boring, she knows, but she’s not in the mood to drink tonight), Jisoo emits a small burst of laughter at the unexpected line.  “…Well, I can’t say I disagree, unnie.  But I think it’s best if we keep it g-rated when we’re in public.

As insignificant her dilemma may be, it’s still a dilemma.  A huff of frustration escapes puffed cheeks as she runs her fingers through the racks of clothing neatly lining her closet.  Nothing.  Why is it that when the time comes, she can’t find anything suitable to wear?  The conclusion is swift: fingers search for a familiar number, then her phone’s wedged between her cheek and shoulder as she continues to rummage for anything that’ll catch her eye.  “...Hello?
