Emu buys everyone WAY TOO MUCH for their birthdays not knowing it's not a normal thing.
For example, she once got Saki a new bed, several stuffed animals, new entries in a manga series Saki is a fan of, a Pompurin-themed umbrella, and basically an entire wardrobe worth of clothes.
Saki was absolutely dumbfounded at Emu handing her what was basically a thousand dollars' worth of gifts, and Emu was happy as ever to hand over a mountain of boxes at 8 AM on a Tuesday.
She does that for EVERYONE. Even if they're just decent friends with Emu and barely know her.

Mizuki and Haruka absolutely have a LOT of plushies (Mizuki got hers from Ena) and occasionally they have sleepovers and drown in a lot of plushies because Mizuki brings all of hers to Haruka’s place.

Akito managed to convince VBS to watch south park. Why? He thought the show was hilarious.
Kohane didn’t enjoy it too much, An laughed a few times but that was it, and Toya liked it a LOT.
