So Devo's thoughts........ If you are easily affected by #CBD then you'll notice a slight relaxing feeling. It's not directly noticable like if you had genuinely rolled up but it's there. Also there is no tobacco or nicotine in them at all,which is a good thing. Aside from the burnt smell left on your fingers as you would find with a cigarette,there isn't any harsh after smell like with a cigarette.
